Find Your Whisper offers intuitive guidance sessions and digital products incorporating tarot, astrology, dream interpretation, relocation astrology and relationship synastry. All sessions and products are provided for personal reflection, insight and educational purposes only.

The guidance provided by Find Your Whisper:

  • is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or therapeutic advice

  • should not be relied upon to make significant life decisions without also consulting qualified professionals

  • is based on intuitive interpretation and symbolic frameworks, and does not constitute a prediction or guarantee of any outcome

Lucy is a practitioner of tarot, astrology and intuitive guidance. She is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, medical professional, financial adviser or legal practitioner in the context of these services. Nothing shared during a session or in any digital product constitutes professional advice in those fields.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, medical emergency, or require urgent legal or financial guidance, please seek assistance from a qualified professional.

By booking a session or purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own choices, decisions and actions. Find Your Whisper and Lucy accept no liability for decisions made based on guidance received through sessions or digital products.

Intuitive and symbolic guidance is subjective in nature. While every session and product is approached with care and integrity, Find Your Whisper makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any guidance provided.

Terms and Conditions

1. About Find Your Whisper

Find Your Whisper is operated by Lucy, an intuitive guidance practitioner based in Australia. All services are delivered online.

2. Services Offered

Live Sessions (booked via Acuity Scheduling)
Find Your Whisper offers six live online sessions delivered via Google Meet:

  • The Unspoken — 30 min | A$95

  • The Whisper Within — 60 min | A$175

  • The Night Speaks — 30 min | A$95

  • The Whisper Experience — 60 min | A$222

  • Where You Bloom (Relocation Astrology) — 60 min | A$150

  • The Invisible Thread (Relationship Synastry) — 60 min | A$150

Pocket Whispers (Asynchronous Digital Products)
Find Your Whisper also offers four asynchronous digital products delivered directly to you:

  • The Sky Insight — Transits | A$45

  • The Whispered Answer | A$55

  • The Whisper of the Day | A$35

  • The Dream Whisper | A$45

3. Bookings

Live sessions are booked through the Acuity Scheduling system embedded on the website. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

You will receive a booking confirmation by email, along with any intake form relevant to your session. Please complete intake forms prior to your session to allow Lucy to prepare thoughtfully.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices displayed on the website are in AUD and inclusive of any applicable taxes.

For live sessions, payment is collected at the time of booking through Acuity Scheduling. For Pocket Whispers, payment is collected at checkout through the Squarespace store.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Live Sessions
We understand that life sometimes asks for flexibility. The following policy applies:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session: eligible for a full refund or reschedule

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session: not eligible for a refund, but may be rescheduled once at Lucy's discretion

  • No-shows (failure to attend without notice): not eligible for a refund or reschedule

To cancel or reschedule, please email hello@findyourwhisper.com.au as soon as possible.

Pocket Whispers (Digital Products)
Due to the personalised and digital nature of Pocket Whispers, all sales are final once delivery has commenced. Refunds are not available once your product has been prepared or delivered.

If you experience a technical issue with delivery, please contact hello@findyourwhisper.com.au and we will do our best to assist.

6. Delivery of Digital Products

Pocket Whispers are asynchronous digital products delivered directly to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery timeframes are indicated at the point of purchase.

Find Your Whisper is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters or technical issues on the recipient's end. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your product within the stated timeframe.

7. Intellectual Property

All content created by Find Your Whisper — including session recordings (where provided), written guidance, digital products, website copy, imagery and branding — is the intellectual property of Find Your Whisper and may not be reproduced, shared, resold or distributed without prior written permission.

Session content is provided for your personal use only. You may not record sessions without the express consent of Lucy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Find Your Whisper's total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the website or services is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant session or product.

Find Your Whisper accepts no liability for indirect, consequential or incidental loss or damage arising from your use of the website, sessions or digital products.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

9. Privacy

Find Your Whisper is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. Any personal information collected through bookings, intake forms or contact is used solely to provide and improve our services and is never sold to third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

11. Changes to These Terms

Find Your Whisper reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the website or services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
